*Increase the value of your donation through a MATCHING GIFT PROGRAM.

Ask your employer if they support a Matching Gift Program. Balere is a 501(c)3 and can accept a matching gift under section 170(c)1 of the Internal Revenue Code. Obtain a Matching Gift form from your employer's human resources or payroll department.

Complete the donor section of the form and submit it along with your donation to:

We will process the form and send it to your employer. Your employer will then send us a Matching Gift. It's that easy!
