POSITION:

Food Service Worker (has been filled)
The Food Service Worker prepares food items and performs clean up duties for the foos service operation.

1. Preparation of food items for food service areas.

2. Ordering and restocking of cafeteria supplies.

3. Responsible for the operation and clean up of dish room.

4. Responsible for the clean up of cafeteria serving area, production kitchen and dining room in accordance with established standards.

5. Maintain order in Cafeteria.

6. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Principal or Director.


Qualifications

*A Food Service background is desired.

*Knowledge of basic food service and preparation techniques.

*Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.

*Ability to work in different areas as the need occurs.

*Skill in working with people in a cooperative manner.

*Demonstrated skill in communicating effectively.

*Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds a distance of 10 feet.

*Must have the ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of position.
